- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
At our first session we review fitness goals and get to know each other while we have our first session. I am able after that session to better plan workouts based on my assessment of the clients fitness level and likes/dislikes.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
NASM Certified Personal Trainer, CPR and First Aid Certified
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I achieved great success on my own through in home personal training after the birth of my second child. I always had an interest and passion for fitness, and now have the formal qualifications along with first hand knowledge in order to help clients succeed. I use a combination of my education along with my personal experience to share tips, tricks and strategies.
