I'm NASM certified and can provide customized sessions in the comfort and convenience of your own home or location of your choice. My sessions are always new and fresh, helping deliver results! Sessions include strength, endurance and cardio training using tools such as dumbells, resistance bands, BOSU, TRX, medicine balls, glides, and anything else I can get my hands on! I enjoy helping people to achieve their fitness goals to feel successful in their efforts and results. I thrive on helping women feel confident and strong! Nothing feels better than enjoying my clients' success...be it a bride who feels amazing on her wedding day or a client who finally gets back into those favorite jeans!

I have been training with Meredith since October 2015 and have seen better results in that short period of time than I ever have on my own! I'm intimidated by the meat-heads at the gym, pushy 1:1 training sales guys but was still committed to finding a way to get fit and healthy! I am a 30-yr old female who has yo-yo dieted most of her life, been stuck between 170 and 190 (size 10-14), and only 5'5" which, is not healthy or satisfying at all. When I found Meredith, she was professional from the first moment. She listened to my goals (even my past shortcomings and current struggles), talked through my nutritional habits, and did my measurements. She is not only knowledgeable in all things fitness related but she is very thorough in creating workouts that fit my challenge my body while remaining aware of its weak conditions/medical limitations- e.g. torn rotator cuff. Meredith is super friendly and great to work with but, probably most importantly, she takes the 'excuse' factor out of working out! How accommodating is it to have someone come to your home and push you to do what we often cant commit to doing alone consistently, adequately, and safely?? Definitely recommend her! (you wont regret it!) The price is right, the sessions fit my crazy work (and social!) schedule, and the routines are always challenging and changing to help me get stronger, more fit, and motivated- not bored!

I've trained with Meredith for 4-5 months and have been very satisfied with our sessions. She changes the routine every time so it isn't boring. We try a lot of new equipment and different intervals, and I've been thrilled with the results. She's been flexible with my schedule, too. I've lost weight and gained a lot of muscle and it's been a lot of fun.

Meredith is so supportive and encouraging during each work out, and the way she makes it a point to stay in touch between meetings shows her dedication. During my time with Meredith I have steadily lost inches and pounds and have kept it off. She's an inspiration!

Meredith is a great personal trainer! Her workouts change every week, she works around my injuries/limitations and she incorporates weights and cardio into each workout. I will definitely continue with Meredith as my personal trainer!
