Very responsive, but did not have a clear estimate up front. He indicated he had just changed software and was getting it configured. Work ended up taking much longer than originally planned also but he always called when he was coming and going - and there was a holiday in there too! (Thanksgiving and we were out of town) I would recommend this service provider for jobs you may have around the house!
