- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I look at all properties in person, then I can factor in slopes, amount of weed eating, edging, blowing, size of yard, depth of grass and frequency to determine a price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When I get a call I like to ask a few questions to get an idea of what the customer is looking for then I like to drive to the property to take notes. It is alway good if the owner can walk the property with me but not necessary.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 5 years of field experience.
