Alexis, we are sorry to hear you were not pleased with your service call today. I have followed up with the crew and received some additional feedback. When our crew arrived the morning of your scheduled appointment you were not home and had missed your appointment. After multiple attempted phone calls and knocking our crew left to continue on to their next appointment. After receiving a call from you that you had mixed up appointment times our crew stayed later in their scheduled day so they could travel to your home again to address your electrical issue. The crew reported you were thankful and praised their ability to return same day to complete this work. While our crew only charged you 1.5 hours total for your service call we as a company will still be honoring their full time vested in both calls as required by law. That is 4.5 hours with drive time. In actuality we are less $50 dollars for this service call as a company, including gas as a recall fee was not charged to you for missing your initial appointment. You had 2 visits in a single day plus your electrical issues addressed for just under 300 dollars. I did attempt to reach out to you via telephone and had left a message to see if we could address any concerns you had, but at this time I didn’t hear back from you.
