FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Depending on the situation, flat rate pricing (materials and labor in one sum) can be beneficial for substantial work like water heater or filtered water solutions. If a time and materials scenario is preferred, we're flexible. Barter is not off the table.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Customer's concerns are handled with Candor and Professionalism that help delineate the most basic path to an efficient and satisfactory conclusion.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been installing water heaters and other plumbing fixtures in SF Bay Area residences for over twenty five years. I've held a C-36 contractors license since 2004. I recently relocated to the beautiful Maine seacoast, and, while there is currently no reciprocity between California and Maine with regards to plumbing credentials, the scope of work involved with installing the point-of-use reverse osmosis system easily falls under the auspices of a "handyman". So, you get "expert" installation without a lot of bloat, bells, or whistles!
