- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Know the form of payment you plan on paying, the cleaner should be able to give you an estimate before hand, sometimes the price goes over, it happens. Announce the maximum you can afford, good cleaners want to be thorough and want to do the best they can, if you are paying hourly, be sure to tell them your maximum price. Good cleaners will communicate with you about your preferences. For commercial cleans and medical buildings, it's a fixed price. Some go by weekly or monthly. I go by weekly prices but get paid monthly.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Knowing the amount of hours it takes to clean, and if it's recurring, bi-weekly, monthly or weekly. When I start with a new customer, I ask for a full name, address, email address, phone number and a birthday (for promotions).
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work? Our company are OSHA trained for medical building cleans, we have a combination or 31 years of cleaning experiences. We are insured and licensed.
