- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We provide very competitive pricing in this pool service market where our customers can nicely fit into their monthly budget. Additionally there is a full service referral reward of $30.00 off your next monthly bill.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For start up services with a new customer we meet with the customer to understand their service needs. After the first meeting there is no need for the customer to be home. Our invoicing is all done online through the customers email. We set a date when service will be provided and advise customer via message or email regarding their pool status and treatment.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our Lead Pool Technician has a CPO License and has serviced over 100 pools on a weekly basis
