- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Travel agents get paid a commission by hotels, resorts, tour companies or car rental companies. We do not charge our clients any extra fees but because of this we do not provide "air only"
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I need all of the details- Where do you want to go? What dates do you want to travel? What type of resort/hotel do you want to stay in? How do you plan to travel there? How many people are traveling with you? How many rooms do you need? What would you like to do when you get there?
