- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing size based on breed and size of the dog. Full grooms start at $45 for small dogs and go up from there. I also offer baths and nail trim services for dogs that don't require a hair cut.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
In home grooming is very low stress for dogs and their owners. I bring all the supplies and equipment and only require the use of a bath tube or sink. I complete the groom and clean up the area when I am finished. Owners can be as involved as they wish in the grooming process.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I gained 5 years of dog handling experience managing a pet resort before going on to learn the art of pet grooming, I have been grooming for over 10 years and have been in business for 5 years. I am a member of International Pet Groomers and have AKC grooming certificates. I am a believer in continuing education and attend expos and conferences annually to learn the lasted tools and tricks of my trade.
