My son is learning from MS Rachel from past 3 years. She is an excellent and very dedicated teacher; she works with each student, based on his pace of learning, and individual strengths. MS Rachel remains consistent, calm, and encouraging at all times. She motivates him to practice a minimum amount of time weekly, which he eagerly does. I've been so impressed with my child's progress on piano. I highly recommend the West Chester Heart Song Music Studio.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
35 dollars for a 30 minute lesson, 50 for 45 minutes, 65 for an hour lesson Lessons are weekly and are year round. I offer training for RCM certification and 4 perofrmance opportunities each year. I do offer a sibling discount.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a new student is interested in starting lessons, I also schedule a free consult/trial lesson to better assess what the student needs, discuss studio policies, and formulate educational goals.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelor's Degree in Music Education with a Vocal Concentration, a Bachelor's Degree in Piano Performance, and I am a Nationally Board Certified Teacher in Music.
