FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For premium business hours the price is $75 per session. Non premium hours are $65 per session. In home prices are determined depending on the clients location.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically I have a new client come in for a free consultation to talk about what they expect out of my services. They tell me what they want to achieve and what they have tried to do before coming to me. After that I put them through a movement screening to assess their physical capabilities. The first session and consult is free.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated West Chester University with a Bacehelors degree in Exercise Science Phisiology. I am certified personal trainer. I continue to strive for more knowledge, and this upcoming fall, I will be attending the graduate program at West Chester Univeristy for Exercise Science Phisiology.
