Beth is a terrific trainer! I am very pleased with how she helped me prepare for my Mt. Kilimanjaro climb. She gained an understanding of the climb profile and trekking demands, and then created a training plan to suit my schedule. My plan included endurance, interval, and strength training. She is an expert in all three of these areas. Additionally, Beth advised me on hydration and nutrition strategies, both in general and for the climb specifically. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?My base price is $50 an hour. Or $240 for 5 sessions.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I give them the option of getting the heart rate up for 30 min and then 30 min strength training or an hour of strength training. If they are training for an event we work on endurance.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I am certified by the NCCA through ACTION Certification. I also have completed 19 marathons, 2 Boston marathons, Triathlons, 1/2 Ironman and many other races. I have coached Girls on the Run and have trained many people in completing their first 5k.
