I'm writing this only one month in, but so far she's been wonderful to work with. She has three plans, and I chose the one I wanted. I gave her my goals, and she made an entire regimen for me, including stretches. I also have trained under 2 Bikini Olympia champions (one of which is a 3-time Olympia winner), as well as Pro Bikini Athletes.
