I can't thank Mike and Shaw Packing and Moving enough. What a top notch professional Team! I had never hired a moving company before and was faced with coordinating a long distance move for my elderly parents. They relieved ALL my stress! The front office not only provided excellent customer service during my research, but assisted throughout the move by keeping in close contact during the two day move as well. My move Team was just as exceptional! They arrived as scheduled, took the time to walk me through everything and were extremely hard workers. The cost was also the best value I found! NO weight estimating! Customer service, professionalism, and integrity are certainly a big part of this Company's values and it showed in everyone I came in contact with. I highly recommend Mike and Shaw Packing and Moving, you won't be disappointed!!

We had such a great experience! My husband and I did a long distance move from Los Angeles to Portland for law school. I was pretty nervous about which movers to go with — you are entrusting your entire life’s belongings with them so did extensive research on every option from large moving companies to PODS to UHauls. We were also pretty budget conscious so were shocked at the prices we kept getting back. But when I got the quote from I Need To Be Moved I was excited but honestly a little skeptical because of the affordability compared to everyone else. Plus I’ve dealt with so many scammers online I really wanted to do my due diligence. Their front office was incredibly kind and patient, answering all our questions, providing referrals and video testimonials that made us confident enough to move forward. The moving team was so professional. They clearly take their job very seriously and treated our belongings with the utmost care. The team even drove hours out of their way en route to Portland so as to avoid the wildfires (which we hadn’t even thought to ask about). I couldn’t recommend this company more. I know moving is a really high stress experience but I Need To Be Moved made the transition painless.

The movers showed up late due to unforeseen circumstances but their customer service was fantastic and I felt like my concerns were heard and taken care of appropriately. The 3 movers worked their butts off and did not sit around around or move slow ever. They were all 3 so incredibly nice and we had a great day. Every single item arrived at our new house just like we left it. I feel like the price was so affordable for the amount of work done and time spent! I will definitely be recommending this company to any of my friends or family that move in the future.
