FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I can beat all local competitors in total price. I can usually beat, or at least match all legitimate online retailers for your electronics needs. Although I don't have standard pricing since every project I complete is custom, one general rule for component pricing is 20-40% off of MSRP! TV's and projectors are the only exception. Amazon and the big box stores are tough to beat unless it is a high dollar model. With those products I happily point you to the best price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First is responding to the client's inquiry with questions regarding the project. Questions clarify their needs, wants, and what products they have already researched or shopped. Second is clarify all details of the project through pictures, email, or an in person visit to the project location. We review options and suggestions. Third is provide a firm estimate that rarely changes unless the client changes their decisions. Fourth is the execution of the installation. Last is confirmation that the client's needs are met, and they are happy with the products and service provided.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
College level engineering, engineering math, physics and electrical physics, and programming. Brand level product specific training for custom installation, programming, and calibration. Including numerous major brands such as Denon, Marantz, Universal Remote Control, RTI, and more.
