- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
At R&S Tile we provide competitive pricing for extremely high quality work. We do not blast through our work in an effort to save time or make more profit. We may not always be the cheapest bid, however, the high level of service, communication and professionalism which you will receive as well as the attention we pay to the little details results in one satisfied customer after another. These differences are what set us apart from many others in the same profession.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When we come across a project which falls within our field of expertice or when a new potential customer contacts us with a project they would like an estimate on we generally follow the below operating procedure: -Inquire about any additional or missing information which may be helpful to know regarding the project -In most cases we perform an onsite estimate within a couple days making contact with the customer to verify details of the potential project as well meet the customer and allow them to put a face behind our company. In a few cases such as small repair jobs we will send a rough estimate without performing an on site review and advise of any changes to the price (prior to performing any additional work) once on site if we happen to encounter any unforeseen issues) -Following the onsite review we send a formal estimate/contract to the customer for them to review and sign at which point we become their installer and begin the process of laying out the project schedule with them based on the availability of both parties
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
