Anthony and George were great, immediately identified the problem and fixed it. They did not seem rushed and gave us advice on other things we needed to fix in the house. Will definitely hire them again!Nov 12, 2017VerifiedAvailable Rooter Construction's reply
Thank you so much Andrea! We really appreciate your review. We look forward to working with you in the future.
We had a clogged bathroom drain. Not a huge issue, but a big inconvenience for our young family. These guys did a great job of clearing the clog and were very conscientious about their work, including wearing disposable booties over their work boots to keep our house clean. We most appreciated their courtesy, honesty, and professionalism. Lots of plumbers could do have done this job, but these guys were refreshingly straightforward without being pushy. They took the time to patiently explain the problem and what we could do to avoid similar problems, and costs, in the future. We'll definitely use Available Rooter Construction for all our future plumbing needs.Oct 2, 2017VerifiedAvailable Rooter Construction's reply

They are very friendly bunch of guys they are very professional in what they do they were very prompt The tech came out and evaluate the job and explain to me what could possibly causing the problem he went about his job to fix the issue we were good for a couple days but we still had the same problem so he ended up coming back to replace some pipes in the basement that made waterflow better to the main drain I was very happy with results now I can start using my second-floor bathroom and If you need a plumber this is the crew you need to call !!!!!!Oct 1, 2017VerifiedAvailable Rooter Construction's reply

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Flat rate pricing per job (not hourly). Military / senior discounts (15% off).
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Generally, we like to come out to the home before giving a price, as sometimes it's hard to tell what we are getting into just by a customer's online description. We come out and take a look to determine the material needed and how much labor is involved. Then we write up a full contract with all customers, where we agree on a price and terms of payment. We go over the contract with the customer and answer any questions. Signature is required on all contracts prior to starting any work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?3rd generation general contractor, master plumbing and heating journeymen, and union carpenters.
