- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our Standard pricing for a computer repair onsite starts at $79.99. We offer discounts and specials through out the year.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically, when a customer contacts us we try to discover what the source of the issue is by asking questions. Sometimes issues can be fixed online versus a visit to the location. The customer will provide us with information pertinent to the job including address and telephone number. We will then quote the customer a price for the job by email. Once the customer agrees to the price, we would then ask for an authorization hold on the customers credit or debit card
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our computer techs take the Computer Technology Industry Association's (CompTIA) A+ certification exam. CompTIA is a vendor-neutral organization that certifies computer techs in many areas like computer networks, servers, and security applications. The A+ certification is the group's basic, entry-level designation that provides proof of a professional's skills and abilities to install and maintain computer systems.
