- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We provide every customer with a free estimate. We never charge a service call. We will complete a 21 point safety inspection to get a better understanding of your garage door problem. We provide you with upfront pricing before we ever begin any work. We warranty all our work.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to let the customer have control. We provide each customer options for their repair. We let the customer decide the scope of work. We're very flexible with our pricing. Every customer gets a Free 21-point safety inspection.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
During the 15 years I have been in the garage door industry, I've had the opportunity to attend quarterly seminars to learn about trouble shooting garage door systems. I'm currently IDEA certified as a sectional door systems expert.
