- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every job is unique when it comes to tile so the pricing is difficult. I am more than happy to go into detail about how much a specific job will cost and why, just reach out to me. Once I give a bid though that's what the price will be, I do not tack on "extra" fees because I am thorough from the get go.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to see the job and customer in person before I start in case there are any questions that I or the customer have so as not to have any miscommunication with the work that is to be done.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 4 years of training, it was all under my father who is a great tile setter and has been installing tile for more than 35 years! He showed me the best and right way to do everything. Also showed me what material is best for what job type.
