W.T.S. came to our Church twice over the past 6 month. We have had a super great experience with them. The Smoked Pulled Pork is absolutely delicious.... so is the Smoked Turkey. (Smokey Moist Deliciousness. I am making myself hungry thinking about the food) Bill, the owner was very personable and accomdating. His group did not just meet our needs... they excellelled. Excellent Food, Great Service... if you need someone to Smoke/Barbecue/Catering an event I would recommend Where There's Smoke! Two finger licking thumbs up.Nov 23, 2016

Our Thanksgiving Banquet was catered by "WTS" at Champions in Christian today. I have never had smoked turkey or lamb before, and I can't wait to have some more! Thanks for the delicious choices.... cooked to perfection.Nov 20, 2016

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Our menu and the needs of our clients are so diverse that it is impossible to offer a one size fits all price structure. A simple lunch event can be served as low as $7 per plate and a formal event may be serve for as little as $17 per guest. menu options, number of guests and service options all influence price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?We will ask lots of questions and attempt to put expectations in writing for clarity. Before signing a service agreement we will reach a clear understanding of option choices and prices to ensure no surprises.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Our menu is influenced by numerous Barbecue masters Bill calls his mentors. Bill is a certified Project management specialist with years of event planning experience. WTS has partnered with a business steering committee including an accomplished chefs, restaurant owner and business leader.
