- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our menu and the needs of our clients are so diverse that it is impossible to offer a one size fits all price structure. A simple lunch event can be served as low as $7 per plate and a formal event may be serve for as little as $17 per guest. menu options, number of guests and service options all influence price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will ask lots of questions and attempt to put expectations in writing for clarity. Before signing a service agreement we will reach a clear understanding of option choices and prices to ensure no surprises.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our menu is influenced by numerous Barbecue masters Bill calls his mentors. Bill is a certified Project management specialist with years of event planning experience. WTS has partnered with a business steering committee including an accomplished chefs, restaurant owner and business leader.
