My boyfriend and I weren't even seriously looking to buy a home. We were just beginning the process, agreeing to just look at a couple of places to decide what things we did and did not want. Natasha took us to two homes before I found the one I fell in love with and we ended up buying. Working with Natasha was a great experience beginning to end. She was patient in understanding we weren't looking to buy immediately (even though that changed anyway) and initially asked us to provide her with our lists of "must haves" so that she could help us better. When we found our house, she was encouraging but not pushy, which was important. She cared about us and our wants and needs rather than just making a sale. After we agreed to buy the house, Natasha was prompt and quick with any questions or responses. She had excellent references for any of our needs, and walked us through the process with understandable terms. We had everything completed and closed in about a month. I highly recommend working with Natasha and letting her help you find your home!!

Natasha drove across town at midnight to meet my wife and I at our apartment so that we could get our offer in as soon as we had decided. She helped us to find an incredible house in the Pittsburgh area, and as our realtor, she went above and beyond on several other occasions to ensure the process went well. Natasha was also able to move our closing one week earlier than planned, and that saved us a lot of trouble with the move. She gave us a jar of her amazing homemade BBQ sauce at closing, too! It's seriously really good - Natasha's Sweet Heat BBQ is the name. Natasha has her clients' best interests at heart, and we have already recommended her services to people we know personally.

My wife and I recently got married, and we are both long-time renters. We felt it was a good time to start slowly researching owning a home, but by just looking on Zillow we weren't finding anything in our price range that we liked. In came Natasha! We were referred to her by a friend. She was so accommodating and knowledgable and answered all of our questions. Most of all, she was willing to be patient even though we were so unsure about price range, whether this was the right time to buy, etc. She quickly assured us and we began going to see homes. By our third or fourth time seeing homes, we found one we fell in love with. My wife and I agreed in a cheesy way that it was a lot like meeting one another- we took one look at the home and we knew it was the home for us

Natasha was absolutely wonderful. She was patient, honest, and carefully listened to what I was looking for in a property. Buyers typically do not pay for Real Estate services , while sellers usually pay about a fee of 7% commission based on the sales price of the property. This can be negotiable.

I like to ask about 15-20 questions to really understand my what client is looking for when entering a Real Estate transaction, so I can be serve them and their needs.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a graduate of California University of PA. I then graduated from The Academy of Real Estate Careers and became a licensed Realtor. I attend classes and trainings regularly to keep me sharp and up to date of the latest Real Estate guidelines.
