- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices reflect the economic issues in our communities. Our prices are set by the teachers and change according to student levels.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our first meeting 1/2 hour is no charge, because we feel that the student should develop and discuss goals with student/teacher and if applicable , a Parent or guardian. At this time it should be a time to introduce each other and make a commitment to the instrument choice. You are paying for an education for an instrument, whether it's trumpet or Voice(singing), Piano or an orchestral instrument, it is a time to organize your schedule to fit practicing at home/preparing yourself to learn more the next lesson! We are firm but we want you to learn and enjoy! We have a very family oriented community or instructors/all with Act clearances.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Two teachers with Masters in Music /two with Bachelor of Arts in music and another from Musicians Institute of Hollywood, plus average of 20 years of teaching experience!
