I'm pleased with the quality of work that Wilson and his crew members. They are a new company in business that is family operated. The girl whom I spoke with was amiable and professional in helping me with what I needed for my Bathroom remodeling she scheduled an onsite estimate base on my schedule and time. They provided me with their estimate that was at a reasonable price. At first, I was skeptical about hiring them, but once I saw their work quality and how they go out of their way to make sure their customers as satisfied I felt secure and trusting Thanks Mercy

Having had past positive experiences working with people on Thumbtack,this company left me skeptical and should be watched. The responder to my message never provided a name. He gave an inappropriate quote, not based on the actual project, throwing out an over the top number that is obviously overcharging, unethical and wasting my time. When called on it, ( I thought it was a joke or a mistake as it was so absurd a number) he sent argumentative messages telling me I should get someone "you can afford". Insults. The messages show a need to understand the meaning of "Professionalism". I never got beyond the quote and contact phase which told me enough about how this person handles business. No thanks!
