- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We offer a Free initial Consultation at the home / property of our customers. In that meeting, we may be called on for a range of services, from a simple clean up or small re-planting, to drainage work, waterfalls to complete, larger transformations - as in our Resort Style makeovers. (please feel free to view videos of our projects on our website.) As many deal with new design, we seek to find out the style and look our customer's are trying to create. We bring several portfolios of our work with us and have hundreds of categorized photos of plants, trees, palms and flowers which help us and our clients greatly in the creative process. We tell our customer's our first goal is to put together and create a look they will like, hopefully love, and the second is to try to get it into a budget that is comfortable. By offering to do work in stages, or to look at saving at the sizes of different material options, this has helped us to deliver quality work for decades to our customers - and to make us competitive to meet your budget as best possible. From the point of design, and allowing different package pricing and options on the work, with a partial down deposit, we schedule an estimated start date. From that point, we keep in contact whether the job is scheduled for days or weeks later depending on the schedule and the specifics of the status of the customer's timetable as well. From there, we seek always to be amongst the best contractor any would hire at their home as an ongoing goal.
