Guardian Angel Inspections
Ricky did an amazing job on my house inspection a few weeks ago. I have already left a rave review on Yelp. But after my predicament I was in yesterday, I feel the need to leave an updated review for him. Long story short, my agent and mortgage company did not tell us about a water and well test that was needed for my mortgage to be complete. Literally at the last minute I called Ricky looking for help, not only did he squeeze me but spoke to my mortgage broker to find out exactly what was needed and when it was needed by. Within 30 minutes (probably his lunch break since it was lunch time) met me at the house took my water sample packaged it up and I brought it to the lab. He arranged everything for me. Because of him it looks like I will be able to go to closing as scheduled. If not I was going to be delayed for a week. The house I am in now is going to closing as scheduled which would left my family in a hotel for a 5 days! I cannot thank him enough for going above and beyond for my family. Just a side note: my mortgage broker called me last night to tell me he was with another agent while talking to Ricky about what was needed, to tell me what a great inspector I had found to check my home. The agent overheard his conversation and asked who he was speaking with, broker told him and asked for Rickys information to use him for his clients. He said what Ricky did for that buyer is unheard of these days. These days we hear so much negativity of who did what and what they didn't do but rarely hear of all the positives. Thank you again Ricky for going above and beyond for me not once but twice.Aug 6, 2016Verified
Ricky took his time and thoroughly inspected our home. He made suggestions on things we should look out for and improve. Definitely recommend to anyone that needs inspection services.Jul 1, 2016Verified
