- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?No job is standard so i would have to find out what it takes to get it done, but i am flexible with my clients.I understand things happen and im more than happy to assist in anyway possible.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Find out who my customer is and what they like.Try and understand what my customer need as opposed to telling them what needed.I listen to my customers and offer advice, that's about the extent of our first meeting. After I know what my customer wants i do whatever it takes to make that happen, as long as they are happy I've done my job.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I've worked in construction and maintenance a combined total of 16 yrs. I have an associates in business management and I am currently studying for my General Contractors license.
