A pleasure to work with on some new t-shirt designs for my etsy shop. Responded quickly and was able to get the job done quickly too. Will be using again for future needs.Jun 14, 2016Verified

Q & A
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer? It's very important for me to understand a client's expectations and goals. After a conversation about that I request my clients to fill out a project brief. This allows me to have more information directly from the client. After a price and payment structure is agreed upon, I request a deposit from the client to show commitment to the project. At that point I begin my work. I prepare a list of deliverables and a time table to work from that both the client and I can reference throughout the entire process. Communication is key to the entire process, so I do my absolute best to keep the client informed along the way.
- What types of customers have you worked with?I've worked with a wide variety of clients in my almost decade in the work force. In terms of industries, there's been -- schools, charities, electricians, transport & shipping, ecommerce for a variety of products, attorneys & law firms, doctors, urgent care facilities and many more. I enjoy learning about new industries and how a cohesive digital pressence or thought out strategic marketing plan can really affect their business and its potential to grow.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work? One of the most important things that is often overlooked is compatibility. Make sure that you and the person you hire get along. When you do, the project goes much smoother and communication is easy. If you do not get along with the person you hire, extra stress can occur and the project seems to drag on forever.
