They worked with me to determine the steps necescary for my project. THE gutters are as clean as they can be, and they cleaned up, which many companies do not do. I hate cleaning up after home repairs are done.

I was extremely pleased with KMC Gutter! They responded to my original request quickly and were able to make an appointment for an estimate that same day. This was much appreciated as some other companies gave me the run around. When KMC initially came to my house they were pleasant, professional and efficient and gave me an estimate immediately along with their licensing information. I decided to use their company and called them a couple weeks later when I had the funds to take care of the job. We agreed on a date for the work and they called to confirm the day before. On the day of the job they called to say they were ahead of schedule and would be to my home earlier than the appointment time. No problem there! The work was done efficiently and properly and I am very happy with the results! I would highly recommend KMC Gutter to my any friends or family that are seeking gutter replacement or repair. Thank you KMC!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
You get to meet the owner in person Chadron is very kind and family oriented. Pricing is charged by the difficulty of the job, footage and the client may get discounts by referring a customer or getting your entire home done or VET, military, elder ask me. etc. Free on site estimates available.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Most of my clients after hiring me, within a day or two, the job will be completed, you pay on completion. I come out and give you a proposal for free. Estimates are good for 30days.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Chad Cooke have over 18yrs plus in the Seamless Rain Gutter business.
