Introduction: Corks+Forks Catering has provided our services to Palm Beach County since 2009. We are a small, independent and local corporation, owned and operated by Sommelier Melanie Robertson-Ober and Master Chef Michael Ober, who have a long history in 5 star hotels and mega yachting. Superb cuisine and service are our standard faire and this has earned us an outstanding reputation. All of our chefs are certified, and our bar tenders and servers have extensive experience in 5 star hotels. We are licensed and insured and personally manage every event that we book. We take great pride in utilizing local, organic ingredients where possible, and creating menus tailored to each client's individual requirements, providing the highest quality cuisine. We specialize in pairing wines with our cuisine as well, which true foodies love! Ask about ur POP UP wine events!

We have engaged Cordon Bleu Catering for two New Year's Eve events, and one Brunch. The principals of Cordon Bleu are focused, flexible, to meet individual event needs, and highly professional with service, presentation, and accessories to presentation. We have just completed our second New Year's Eve event with Cordon Bleu preparing and serving for 115 people. From appetizers to dinner and a full breakfast, food, presentation, and service was nothing less than perfect.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do show some fixed pricing, however, we prefer to tailor every menu to suit each clients taste and budget!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to meet every client in person to discuss their preferences and then create a menu for them based on their requirements.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Michael Ober is a Certified German Master Chef trained in Europe. Melanie Robertson-Ober is a certified Sommelier. All of our Chefs are culinary trained and certified and our servers and bartenders are professionally trained.
