We do show some fixed pricing, however, we prefer to tailor every menu to suit each clients taste and budget!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to meet every client in person to discuss their preferences and then create a menu for them based on their requirements.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Michael Ober is a Certified German Master Chef trained in Europe. Melanie Robertson-Ober is a certified Sommelier. All of our Chefs are culinary trained and certified and our servers and bartenders are professionally trained.
