From start to finish I was very happy to be working with Fabienne. I was excited to be in a community center space where I knew I would have enough space for my guests, but to be honest, I was nervous about how everything would "look". At the end of the day, I knew it wouldn't matter because I was going to marry the man of my dreams, but Fabienne and her team DEFINITELY put the icing on the cake. Leading up to the event, I was very impressed with how responsive she was and HONEST. I thought I wanted some things, but she would give her opinion as to how she thought it'd go with the other things I had requested, and in the end I was very happy to let her do her thing. Seeing the before and after of the community center, was a complete makeover. Everything was ready to go the day of the wedding. Because I knew I'd be busy with my husband the day of, I had my dad communicating with Fabienne and he was very impressed with her and her team. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Prices and Services inquiries are based on Project estimation before a pricing can be established. If you are interested in any of our services , Please Initiate a consultation through Email or Contact us over the phone.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Before starting an event, we ask that our clients setup a consultation with us so we can gather your event requirements. Once we received your requirements we will begin work right after an initial deposit is made. For Payments under $500.00 payment must be made in full. Projects higher than $500.00 can be paid in 3 installments, first payments before begins, second payment mid-project and the final payment 2 days before completion.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I had the wonderful experience to have been educated at Florida Gulf Coast University with a Bachelor in Sociology and Minor in Arts. It was there that my passion for the Arts was nurtured, and grew to be an all-encompassing facet of my life. I see the value in arts and culture on so many societal levels. I found my calling for Event planning and Coordinating as i started hosting and planning small gatherings, dinners, and Local Fashion shows.
