FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to avail myself to the customer for questions and vision-casting as is relevant to the shoot, in order to make sure their questions are being answered promptly and thoroughly. I will typically ask for a more thorough vision or idea behind the video that is being made, so as to better understand the underlying story and highlight events. After understanding the customer's vision for the video, I typically write up a Project Brief (a basic summary of terms and services) for their specific project, which I will send to them for reviewal. Afterwards, we shoot the film and make an informative and creative video to meet the fullest needs of the project!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I studied Film Production at the university I attended, winning multiple awards in Cinematography for the short films I worked on, and did my first paid freelance project back in 2010 and have been growing in experience and talent ever since.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I had always dreamed of being a filmmaker, ever since I was 10 years old, and always had the family video camera in my hand, forcing my brothers to be my actors. The first time I was paid to do video work was for my friend's wedding in 2010, which started me on a journey into filmmaking as an occupation and artistic quest.
