- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer the options of working with you to get your desired look, however, refunds are given upon request with 25% non-refundable. We do offer 15% discounts for new customers if you mention it.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We tend to get to know each customer, favorite colors, hobbies and interests. Next, we find out what they’d like this shoot for and discuss general ideas for accomplishing this goal. We discuss any drawbacks and then budget, dates, times, and follow up from then until the date of the shoot for detailed ideas, props, locations, outfits and more. After we finish, we review the images and pick your favorites. We are in touch through the editing process which is typically 3-5 business days for portrait sessions, small events and headshots.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I studied cinema studies at UCF, and over the past 13 years have learned a lot about composition, lighting techniques and just what looks right on camera and what doesn’t.
