Property Redeemers uses project management software that allows you to track the progress of your project, make selections easy and convenient. You get access to daily job reports and progress photos. Direct messaging and email contact with the builder. My trade partners and vendors are all a part of the same PM Software which keeps everybody on the same page. This promotes a quick and efficient renovation process. We provide a detailed schedule showing the timeline and progress of each scope of work. All materials are sourced thru my vendors at my builder’s discount which is passed along to you.     Don took our kitchen remodel ideas and created a kitchen design that was not only functional for our needs but beautiful. The remodeling process and timelines were explained so we knew what to expect including to expect the unexpected. A temporary cooking area was setup on our covered patio so we could prepare meals with ease. A remodeling project is scary, frustrating and messy in it's self but the Team at Property Redeemers made the process pretty painless and were there every step of the way. We just Love...Love our new kitchen.

        Step 1: Initial Phone Consolation to review project and determine how we can meet your needs. Step 2 : Schedule an appointment to survey the project location, provide doors samples, measure and draw kitchen layout and collect design elements. Step 3: Create New kitchen Design with last 20/20 design software Step 4: Provide Customer with a 3D rendering of there new Kitchen Step 5 : Receive Customers approval, collect deposit, order materials and set project schedule.
