- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
With experience in private and public events ranging from weddings, bachelorette parties, birthday parties, sports events, clubs, and many others I take pride in being able to provide quality service to your event adding to the general splendor of the occassion. With our personalized service we aim to fit the needs of various budget ranges to accommodate the client without a compromise in quality.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
With new customers I usually like to get 3 reference photos to get an idea of the style of makeup Application they are drawn to. I always do a skin and allergy consult prior to makeup application as well as a new client intake form. Before and after pictures are shared with the client, and reviews are requested and welcomed.
