This was the worst experience ever, the gentleman Mario called me and made plans and the appointment to come over, however he didnt show the first time, the he said that something came up and if he could reschedule for later and failled to show again I would like to tell people to NEVER go with this company.Mar 24, 2017Verified801 Montejo llc's reply
I apologize sir for not showing us the appointment, and thank you for your comment this helps us to improve and not make the same mistake 2 times THANK YOU.
He called and said he would be here at 6 am the next day. So I woke up early just to accomodate him. I waited an hour and a half until I was about ready to leave for work and he shows up and wonders why I'm frustrated. He then says I could either pay him hourly or a flat fee to blow out my sprinklers and get them working again. I agreed to a flat fee. He said he would come the next day to do the repair but needed half down. I was reluctant to give him half down without a receipt or invoice but he insisted he would send me one within a half hour since I couldn't wait for him to fill one out on the spot since he was so late He had now made me late for work. He did not send the invoice as promised. He showed up the next day an hour late and then tells me in the middle of the job that he would suggest me redoing my entire sprinkler system for $2600. I told him I didn't have that kind of money and he went down to $2000 and I still told him I couldn't pay that much. He then told me the job was more than he anticipated and wanted more money. I told him to do what he promised. He then said he wanted to charge me for parts, but would only charge me for four replacement valves, not all five. He shows up a third time an hour late and then replaces the valves but bills me for five, not four. He said they were all new but when I asked him for a receipt he refused to provide me with one and instead told me he warranties all his work so I didn't need to worry about he receipt and returning them if they malfunctioned. When he left I noticed one of them was already leaking. I asked him when he could return to fix it and he told me that night between 7-9 pm. I waited until 9:30 and he again no showed! I texted him and he said he'd be here first thing in the morning...he again no showed. I told him if he didn't show again I'd wrote a bad review. It's been two days and he has failed to even respond. don't lie sir I appreciate it for you comment but I fixed your a Sprinkle system for $400 all you valve and pipes it's full with dirt it's important to change 5 valve you still owe me $5 and I will put that comment in your license for lawyer in Utah Bar Association
