- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will go out and meet with the prospective owner/client and give a free consultation. We could also do this over the phone as many of our owners live out of state. Once we have everything in place, we build an owner portal online and begin to take the necessary steps to advertise and rent out the property if it is vacant. Our team tracks the responses that we get with website clicks and showings and follows up with our client each week to evaluate the property and decide on any changes together.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
The majority of our clients are individuals who have a portfolio of investment properties here in the state of Utah. Additionally, we have several landlords of a property that they have moved out of but either plan on moving back later on and don't want to sell or are just looking for a little bit more disposable income.
