- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?I am a Bryant dealer which requires a high level of integrity and honesty. Carrier Corp doesn't give dealerships to just anyone (because they have to protect their brand). To compete price wise on Thumbtack, I most often offer their builders grade systems, and I'll beat ANY legitimate bid on this equipment, but I also am able to offer Bryant's full line of top of the industry products. I will beat any legit bid on this premium equipment, and most times will even be less than others are selling inferior product.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I like to meet with my customers, and evaluate what they have for a home hvac system and inform them as to how the system works. This helps people understand why there may be issues with their system. Then we can discuss options to address them.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have 30 years experience in system design, installations, service, and retrofits. Licenced and insured, I am certified technician type Universal with the EPA, And questar gas certified. I spent 13 years designing very large custom systems. This included rough in, custom duct make up in a sheet metal shop, then installing ducts and gaslines etc, mostly in large custom homes, and have spent most of the past 15 years doing retrofit replacements, add-ons, and service/repair. I have also installed many commercial package system (roof top units), tho I prefer working in residential. There is little I have not encountered in hvac. I also have a very long history of happy customers. I believe that if you aren't happy, the job is not finished.
