BKV does not send a quote via email. They insisted on coming to look at the problem first. My issue was a lot simpler than I thought, and they fixed it without stopping to give me my "estimate". They then charged me $90 for about 20 minutes of work. I would not hire them again.

We apologize sincerely for your experience. As of now, we are discussing the matter with our plumbers to remedy the situation and prevent similar issues.
Our rate is eighty-five dollars for up to an hour, not including use of parts. We apologize for the miscommunication on customer satisfaction.

They said they would come by at a certain time so I got up early and had my renter's ready....time came and went....no call...no nothing...I called them and they said sorry someone should have come...not a great first impression. If they're not reliable enough to at least call me to say you're not coming then once you actually do the job I wonder what other surprises are in store.
