Although we ended up going with a different contractor than RTM because the other contractor was able to do build work for us as well as the tile, my experience with Tiago and RTM flooring through the estimate process was very positive. Tiago was extremely responsive, punctual, friendly, and he worked hard to try to earn our business. Had we not had the other building needs, RTM would have been a good choice for our project. We will definitely be keeping them in mind for future tiling projects.

RTM did a beautiful backsplash in our kitchen. Rafael scheduled me within the week. Luis was very professional and detailed. He had great open communication, so he knew what we wanted, and we knew what to expect during the project. The quality of work was great and affordable and I would use them again in future home updates.
