Brad, I Apologize if you feel like we left you hanging. We don’t even have your address or phone number...You NEVER called and scheduled an appointment, the last We heard from you was on 4th of July... until you left this review. We are a smaller company in HVAC’s BUSIEST month and therefore cannot take on all job requests & still deliver our high standard of service. All HVAC companies get a backlog and are scheduling a ways out this time of year typically. With the minimal info/communication I don’t see how you could’ve been under the impression of any sort of scheduled appointment for us to “leave you hanging.” We work very hard to maintain our reputation and would love to show you our quality work, so if there is anything we can do to help you please call us directly. The service I received from Heating & Cooling Doctors was top-notch. They were very responsive and clear. They took time to not just diagnose my AC problem, but to explain the technical reasons of why it was a problem which helps me be a better home owner. They didn't try to sell me all the bells and whistles but instead gave me a few options that was better suited for my house-size and price range. The installers were polite and friendly. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Yes we use a flat rate pricing system. This means that regardless of whether a repair takes one hour or five hours you don't have to pay extra labor charges. We have a pricing database on all work vehicles that has tens of thousands of parts, service tasks, and lists most services we offer with correlating prices.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?LISTEN, LISTEN, & LISTEN first and foremost! After determining exactly what the clients needs and/or problems are we work together to come up with a solution that takes care of that issue. While still keeping the client happy with the top notch service and high quality of materials/parts we use, but delivering all of this at a very manageable and economical cost.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?College degree specializing in HVAC, extensive training and classes attended every quarter over the past 10 years. For the first five years in the Mechanical/HVAC industry I worked with one of the most reputable and honest companies in the area to learn many good business practices. There is mandatory training for all employees to stay on the cutting edge of technology and to hone our skills.
