FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Session rates vary from $27 to $57 per session based on if the client decides to train (one-on-one) or in a mini-group (1-4 clients at a time). Rates also vary on the length of commitment from the client.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
we meet privately with our new clients to review their goals, why it's important to them (to help stay focused on the motivating reasons), and how soon they want to achieve these goals. We then review any existing injuries or potential limitations and review modifications that will help us continue on achieving the specific goals. Base line measurements are done with weigh, body composition and a Fit 3D scan. This is completed with nutritional coaching that will help see success the first week.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
