- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first step in the process is to conduct a needs analysis phone call to reveal the current situation and to develop a game plan. There may be an additional phone call depending on the scope of the project. Next, we would meet in a local place such as Starbucks to go over the completed work. Payment is received either before or at this meeting.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I possess a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University. I have three years of digital marketing experience and over seven years in personal branding.
