- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do not expect payment unless our customer is happy.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to follow up and have our clients send us a few inspirational pictures that show us what they desire. We usually turn around our photos in less than a week.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are currently pursuing accreditation from the Professional Photographers of America.
