- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always start with finding out what my client's goals are and what they expect to get out of working with me. I also make sure I am aware of any injuries or medical conditions my client may have and after gaining that knowledge I come up with ways of working around injuries/medical conditions and hopefully improving them!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an Associate Degree in Sport and Exercise Studies, 120 hours of internship personal training in the field, group exercise experience, and personal training experience through my degree.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have always loved being active and I eventually realized I loved to teach as well. This led me to want to combine the two and I became a Dance Instructor, Water Aerobics Instructor, and now a Personal Trainer.
