Over the past few months, Jake has truly helped me gain control of my life again. I have always had such a bad relationship with food and he helped change that. He is such a knowledgeable trainer and he used his knowledge to tailor a program just for me. We worked together for two weeks trying new things to figure out what worked best for me. I am now healthier than ever and have a better relationship with food. I have also trained at the gym with Jake and have learned to really test my limits. Jake pushed me every day to push my limits a little each day and I have reached new personal records with my weight lifting. Overall AWESOME experience training with him and continue to do so!

I was initially hesitant to begin working out with a trainer. My fitness experience didn’t extend far beyond some bootcamp classes a couple times a week. I have been training with Jake for a few months now and am so happy I made the commitment! Jake is incredibly knowledgeable both in fitness and nutrition and takes a very unique approach. With a strong focus on mind-body connection you really get a focused, impactful workout. I have had multiple people comment on the progress I’ve made and ask what I do in terms of working out. I have more energy and feel better overall but that external validation is definitely makes me smile :-). Whether you are completely new to fitness, or just looking for a little extra guidance and accountability, you will be in good hands with Jake!!!

Working with Jake as a trainer has been the best experience of my life! He is so motivating professional and he keeps you on target. He always has extremely positive things to say and he incorporates your goals into your lifestyle .No pressure he works for the client no matter what your circumstances are. I would highly recommend him to anyone !!!

Jake does a great job working with your strengths and weaknesses to make your work out doable but still challenging. He is very patient and helpful when teaching and training. Highly recommend!

Jake is amazing! I am very new to working out and jake is teaching and showing me proper technique to exercises. He is building up my confidence to able to achieve my goals on my own as well. I recommend jake to anyone who is just starting out or even who as been working out for years.
