Introduction: A huge portion of our Health & Wellness Coaching business, is of course, FOOD! We offer full meal plan and/or preparation services for each and every one of your needs. Meals can be prepared individually or family style if you're looking to feed the whole crew! All meals and menus are tailored to meet each and every client's preference, need, like, dietary restrictions, goals, etc. All food is made from scratch using all natural, local ingredients as we are firm believers in the importance of nourishing the body with whole foods and of course - balance ("treat yourself", is our favorite motto!) Along with traditional meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner) we also make custom orders for any baked goods (breads, scones, muffins, etc.), sweet treats, hors d'oeuvres, small bites, that you may need - whether for your home, your friends, an event, a celebration or even your child's bake sale! We work with you closely to get a comprehensive idea of what your needs are and how we can make them happen! Even the most obscure food related need - we've got you covered!
