Jessi is great! We’re really excited to work with her and look forward to a beautiful final result.Apr 28, 2018Verified
Jessi did an AMAZING job cleaning all my garden beds this spring! She was right on time, super easy to work with, and asked me a few questions to make sure she did what I wanted. I was so happy with the results that I signed up to have her company come every other week!Mar 30, 2018Verified
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)? For an initial consultation (up to two hours), the price is $125, regardless of garden size. For garden coaching, the price is $75 per hour, regardless of size. A full list of my services and pricing can be found on my website, which is the most user-friendly way to describe them. Most services are based on 300 square feet or less of garden space. If your garden is larger than that, please let me know the square footage, and the service you are interested in, and I will send you more detailed pricing information.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer? Here at Soe Harvest, we usually start with an initial consultation. This can be either a 15 minute conversation to determine whether Soe Harvest is a good fit for your garden needs, or it could be our two hour consultation for $125, where we come out to your garden and talk through the specifics of what you'd like to do with the space. During that two hour consultation, we also discuss your options for further services, such as garden coaching, design, planting, maintenance, and harvest help.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have been growing food in a variety of climates for most of my life, and preserving food for winter consumption for the last ten years. Formal education-wise, I have a Master's Degree in Environmental Leadership from Naropa University in Boulder, CO, where I focused on Urban Farming. For two years, I worked on an urban farm in Boulder and developed curricula for teaching garden skills to youth and adults. I also worked at the Denver Botanic Gardens in their Education department for 4 years.
