- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Usually it is on a case by case basis. I try to be fair and help people solve their issues. I have on occasion even bartered with people.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I normally try to get phone and address info, set-up a time, and be there on time. I then check out the project with the customer, make a materials list then get supplies and get to work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I joined Local 486 in 2009 and went through a 5 year apprenticeship. I currently hold Plumbing, HVAC, and Journeyman Pipefitter licenses as well as many related certifications.
